I am in the AM martini(5/1 - gin/vermouth) after work(can't sleep the night after a nightshift)

was loaned a 3rd party 300/4 in m42.the glass is imaculate but there is oil on the blades and using it stop down is a pain. Shot some at 1/1000 - difficult to focus a f/4 lens with no split screen(on a pentax k1000 via adapter).The lens used to belong to a private detective.
